The service is free, needs no account, and runs on your device. Here is what that commits on either side.
What the service does
Filapt converts, compresses and resizes images. Processing runs in your browser, with no account and at no cost. The service is provided as is, and may change or stop without notice.
Your files stay yours
You keep every right over the files you transform. Filapt acquires none, for the simplest of reasons: it never receives them. You remain responsible for what you process and for holding the right to process it.
What is not warranted
The result of a transformation depends on your device, your browser and the file you provide. No warranty is given on the availability of the service or the accuracy of a result, and keeping your originals before transforming them is up to you.
Changes
These terms may change, in particular as the service grows. The version in force is the one published on this page.
